Mr. Rajesh Somani has three decades of rich experience majorly with the Aditya Birla Group. He has been with SSOE since 1993 and prior to this he was with Aditya Birla Nuvo. Mr. Somani has been instrumental in globalizing SSOE's footprint and has made SSOE a global name to reckon with. Mr. Somani is a Fellow Member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. In his free time, he likes to read and is a zealous traveler.

Mr Jagdish Bajaj has over two decades of rich experience with the Aditya Birla Group. He has held multiple senior management positions and has played pivotal role in driving the finance function in Group's multiple businesses like Aditya Birla Nuvo Limited, Grasim etc .
